If you're dreaming of a wedding look that blends natural elegance with refined detail, this styled shoot at The Hall Barns in Leicestershire will steal your heart. Set within a characterful rural venue full of charm, this shoot brings a soft botanical palette to life with layered textures, organic florals and striking tablescape details.
Behind the lens, Zoe Harris Photography captured every detail with light, emotion, and elegance and we can't wait to share this one with you!

The foundation of the look begins with patterned tablecloths from Table Alchemy, a subtle yet intricate design that adds immediate visual interest and depth. These were paired with clear glass charger plates edged in black, adding a contemporary contrast to the otherwise romantic tables.
Each place setting featured forest green napkins knotted simply for an effortlessly chic finish, while matching green bow chair décor tied everything together. Black candlesticks with tall, coloured dinner candles stood tall along the length of the table, lending height and drama without overwhelming the design.
Florals played a central role, with lush arrangements in footed urns and delicate cut glass bud vases spilling with white blooms and greenery. These were complemented by whimsical meadows at the foot of the table, grounding the setup with a sense of natural abundance.

The place settings were perfectly finished with elegant menus by Mally's Crafts, whose design echoed the botanical theme in the most refined way. Each menu featured intricate floral illustrations in a delicate monochrome style, coordinating beautifully with the patterned linens beneath.
Nestled beneath the napkins, the stationery added a sophisticated and personal touch to every seat.
It’s these subtle layers of detail that elevate a tablescape from beautiful to truly unforgettable.

The stunning couple, Chelsea & Aiden, brought warmth and personality to the shoot, dressed in a romantic off-the-shoulder gown from Dress Me Pretty and a tailored suit from Stringfellows Gents Outfitters.
Jewellery from Francis and Gaye, soft makeup by Ebony o Makeup and hair by Just ckp completed the look with effortless sophistication.

Let's now take a moment to appreciate this breathtaking bridal bouquet by Ruby & Co - it really is the epitome of wild elegance.
A cascading arrangement of white florals, including ranunculus, stock, scabiosa and lisianthus, is paired with layers of soft, trailing greenery. The bouquet’s natural shape and textured foliage create a romantic, organic feel, perfectly complementing the intricate lace detail of the gown.
Lush, untamed, and full of movement, it's a statement piece for any bride seeking timeless beauty with a modern, botanical twist.

Also, let's not forget this beautiful creation by Cakes by Zoe Lincoln. It is more than just a cake; it’s bascially a centrepiece of its own. (just imagine if each table had cake... erm yes please!)
The elegant three-tiered design features a seamless patterned finish, adorned with delicate edible florals that mirror the real blooms. White ranunculus, hellebores, and roses are artfully arranged with climbing greenery, giving the illusion that they’re growing right out of the tiers.
A subtle embossed floral detail and a polished clear tier add a modern edge to this otherwise timeless design.
Positioned at the centre of the table, it harmoniously blends with the botanical styling; a true work of edible art.

How dreamy is this macaron tower by One Cake Street? Stacked in a beautiful ombré of green tones, it added an extra chic and playful touch to the table. Nestled amongst the wild, romantic florals it looked almost too pretty to eat (almost!).

This shoot really was a detail-lover’s dream and this flatlay brings together the elegant finishing touches of the day so beautifully. A timeless brown leather watch and forest green velvet ring box showcase the couple’s personal style, while the exquisite engagement ring and wedding band sparkle with vintage-inspired charm.
Every element is carefully styled to reflect the romantic, nature-led aesthetic of the day at The Hall Barns whilst complementing the colour scheme perfectly.

The overall vibe? A dreamy mix of modern style and rustic romance, perfect for couples who want something that feels both timeless and fresh.
We had so much fun styling this shoot at The Hall Barns. It’s such a great reminder that weddings don’t have to be super minimal to look amazing.
Those patterned tablecloths brought so much personality to the table (literally!), they totally broke the mold, and we’re all for it!
We are so lucky to have this venue right on our doorstep & be recommended suppliers for it... now we just need a client to choose this exact design please so that we can recreate it on a real wedding day!
The talented suppliers who made this shoot possible...
