Founded in 2014, The Rustic Wedding Company is run by Creative Director and Head Stylist Lesley McCall. 

 

Lesley & the ever expanding team are based in the lovely village of Burton on the Wolds in Leicestershire and specialise in bringing rustic wedding venue decor and florals with a modern twist to couples all over the UK.

 Over the years, TRWC have evolved to become one of the true leaders in the wedding styling industry, winning an array of awards along the way - including most recently winning Wedding Venue Stylist of the Year in the East Midlands Region at The Wedding Industry Awards for three consecutive years in 2020, 2021 & 2022 and then going on to win the NATIONAL AWARD FOR BEST STYLIST in January 2021 & two National Highly Commended Awards in both 2020 & 2022! - Team Rustic have actually won that many TWIA awards over the years that Lesley was asked to become part of the judging panel for the awards in 2022 so she'll be judging Styling Teams all over the country for the foreseeable future. What an Honour!

We offer a range of different services, from our pre-designed "Essential Styling Package" & DIY prop hire, to a more premium design-led Bespoke Styling service to suit all budgets and venues.

We have our very own wedding styling showroom where we invite you to visit and take a look at everything we have to offer. The team will happily chat to you about your options during a free consultation and will even set up a mock table design for you to see what your day might look like should you choose us to style your wedding.

 

Each of our rustic weddings is completely different and we use every opportunity to create something wonderful & original for our clients. We love to design new concepts and enjoy keeping up to date with current wedding styling trends and industry changes. No idea is too big, too small or too bizarre for TRWC.
