Earlier this year we had the absolute pleasure of styling the Sami Tipi Spring Showcase 2025, where the sailcloth marquee was transformed into a light-filled celebration of seasonal beauty. It was such a joy to bring our creative vision to life and inspire couples who are dreaming of their own outdoor weddings and work alongside an absolute dream team of suppliers.

A Fresh Lemon - Inspired Palette

For this year’s showcase, we embraced the uplifting freshness of spring with a lemon - inspired colour palette. Crisp whites, soft neutrals, and pops of zesty yellow set the tone for a space that felt both elegant and full of joy. From the stationery to the florals and the drinks station, lemons were a consistent thread tying the whole look together.

One of the highlights of the styling was the welcome drinks station, featuring a refreshing citrus lemonade display. Styled with rustic wooden crates, gold lanterns, and fresh lemons, it made for a warm and inviting entrance. Guests were encouraged to “Grab a drink and take a seat,” setting the scene for a relaxed yet refined celebration.

Elegant Table Styling

Inside the marquee, our tablescape design combined natural textures with refined details. Seagrass charger plates, golden cutlery, and pale yellow napkins added warmth and texture, while glass bud vases filled with seasonal blooms and tall taper candles brought a touch of sophistication.

The chairs were dressed with soft white chiffon drapes, adding a romantic flow to the overall look. A mixture of Round tables and long trestles created a versatile layout, showing couples how the sailcloth can be styled for both intimate gatherings and larger wedding parties.

We arranged the round tables in a serpent style layout, which is an alternative to the traditional banquet style setup.

Setting The Scene For Outdoor Weddings

Showcases like this are always a wonderful opportunity to inspire, and we loved seeing couples step inside the space and instantly imagine their own wedding day. The combination of natural wood furniture, soft candlelight, and delicate floral styling worked beautifully against the backdrop of the airy tipi structure and countryside views.

Every detail was chosen to celebrate spring. It was an honour to collaborate with Sami Tipi and a talented team of suppliers to create this look, and we hope it sparks ideas for couples planning their 2026 wedding.
