Holly & Robert: Mythe Barn

We’re so excited to share the beautiful wedding of Holly and Robert, who tied the knot in July at the stunning Mythe Barn. Their day was filled with love, laughter, and the most gorgeous blush pink and gold styling that brought their romantic vision to life.

The Ceremony

Holly and Robert chose Berkswell Church for their ceremony. This made for an intimate and traditional setting that perfectly reflected their love story. Surrounded by family and friends, it was the perfect beginning to a day they describe as “absolutely perfect” and “everything we hoped for.”

The Styling & Theme

The couple embraced a dreamy blush pink and gold theme, which ran seamlessly throughout their wedding. Holly shared how much she adored seeing it all come together:

“The tables were beautiful, all the soft pinks looked romantic and pretty – exactly how I pictured it to be. The ribbons and flowers looked great with the table decorations we had done ourselves like the name place bows and lottery ticket favours. The gold accents of the flower frames, the welcome signs and table plans looked so good with the pinks!”

From the blush bridesmaids’ dresses to the delicate florals, every detail tied in effortlessly. The result was a timeless, romantic atmosphere - with just the right amount of sparkle.

Favourite Moments

When asked about their favourite part of the day, Holly and Robert didn’t hesitate:

“Having everyone we love in the same room having an amazing time! We didn’t stop smiling from start to finish! I wouldn’t change a thing.”

We love how this highlights the heart of every wedding – being surrounded by love and joy.

Words of Wisdom for Future Couples

Holly had some wonderful advice to share with engaged couples:

“Do you! I worried about other people too much and on the day I didn’t care about what anyone else thought, they are all there because they love you and they won’t judge your day. Have it exactly as you want it, not to please others. It’s your wedding day.

Also stay together, we spent a lot of time together and when everyone says it goes fast it really does – so just enjoy every moment.”

Such wise words that we know will inspire other couples as they plan their own big day!

Why They Chose Team Rustic

We were so honoured to play a part in Holly and Robert’s celebration. When asked why they chose us, Holly said:

“We chose Team Rustic because they literally had everything that I wanted and I’m so glad we did because it looked exactly as I wanted. I wanted the gold stands, mirror plans and post box but also the perfect blush colour in flowers and drapes. They also knew how obsessed with bows I am and did the chair drapes as bows for us which looked amazing. They also were happy to help with the things I had bought and added them to the tables too like the bows and favours.

I loved going into the show room to see it all – it was a dream! I found them through Mythe Barn’s Instagram as they style the venue a lot and once I found their Instagram I could see they were incredible.”
