This editorial is a celebration of love, individuality, and high-energy glamour, blending retro disco vibes with modern romance. The Vision: Bold, Romantic, and Dazzling

The inspiration behind this shoot was to reimagine disco through a contemporary lens while embracing the vibrancy of red and pink. These colors symbolise love, confidence, and excitement - perfect for a couple looking to make a statement on their wedding day.

With it being such a rustic wedding venue, The Hall Barns usually sees wedding styling in muted pastel tones so we wanted to create something bold and different.

The Fashion: Glamorous & Chic

The bride stunned in a sophisticated gown provided by Dress Me Pretty with that playful high rise split, meanwhile, the groom exuded confidence in a sleek black tie suit provided by Stringfellows, accented with a little touch of red in the floral buttonhole which tied into the theme seamlessly.

Together, they were the ultimate dream couple.

The Details: Setting the Scene

The shoot was brought to life with an array of eye-catching elements - disco balls, super bright flowers, and a mix of luxurious textures throughout which created a space that felt straight out of Studio 54.

The huge showstopping floral arrangements, in shades of deep red and hot pink, added an extra layer of romance, enhancing the dreamy atmosphere alongside the selection of candles at the top of the aisle.

The ceremony space was a vision of bold elegance. Towering red and pink flower urns framed the aisle, their lush blooms bursting with color. At their base, clusters of disco balls reflected the soft glow of candlelight, casting a mesmerizing shimmer throughout the space. This enchanting setup provided the perfect backdrop for a couple ready to celebrate their love in true disco style in the courtyard of The Hall Barns.

The cake display was a work of art in itself. Two acrylic plinths draped in flowing fabric served as the perfect stage for a stunning two-tier cake provided by Lucy Claire Bakes.

Adorned with pink swirly frosting, cherries, raspberries and mini disco balls, the cake was a playful yet sophisticated nod to the theme. The reflective surfaces and soft fabric created a dreamy contrast, making the display a true centerpiece of the celebration.

The sweetheart top table was a vision of elegance and romance.

Draped in soft pink fabric, it exuded an effortless, ethereal charm. Single-stemmed roses lined the tabletop, accompanied by tall, colored dinner candles that cast a warm, intimate glow. Adding a whimsical touch, delicate trendy bows hung from the bud vases, cascading gracefully down the front of the table.

Gold charger plates and red knotted napkins provided a luxurious finish, while swirly menus and ribbon place names added a final touch of personalisation and charm.

The tables were finished with chiffon pink chair drapes tied with red ribbon, adding a soft yet striking contrast to the setting.
