Business Mentoring

For a very limited time and for a very limited amount of people, Lesley McCall - the owner of The Rustic Wedding Company will be offering 1:1 business mentoring.

 

Lesley started running her business from her living room table back in April 2014 and hasn't looked back since! She's won a variety of awards, including winning The National TWIA for Best Venue Stylist in 2021 and is currently The best stylist in the East Midlands for the third year running. She started her career as a Teacher when she was fresh out of university before beginning TRWC so she knows a thing or two about how to plan, implement & teach a variety of different things to different people. She thrives off being able to help others and is really looking forward to chatting to you. 

 

This mentoring offer is split into 2 working sessions. 

 

Session One: A 1hr Discovery Call between you and Lesley. 

 

You will be able to ask Lesley any questions you like and she will in turn ask you a couple of questions to get to know you and your business. You will use the time together to discuss literally anything you like to do with business - Bookkeeping, invoicing. project management, instagram, blogging, marketing, styled shoots, hiring staff, contracts, PAYE etc and she will do her very best to help you with practical and knowledgeable advice. 

 

Session Two:

 

Following session one, Lesley will go away and put together a bit of a plan for session two and create some practical activities for you to complete during the second session to help move your business forward in the areas you need the most help.

You'll chat these through together and Lesley will give you a plan of action for going forwards.
