Full bespoke venue styling
We believe that creative wedding styling is all about injecting a bit of quirk and personality into your special day. We have a team of imaginative designers & stylists on board who can help you to generate bespoke ideas and create a completely innovative design that reflects you as a couple and one which truly works at your chosen wedding venue.
From our initial free consultation through to our unique Styling Plan creation and installation, you can rest easy knowing that your event will be professionally designed and co-ordinated flawlessly, leaving you free to enjoy the best bits.
Prices start from £2000 for Full Bespoke Styling & Artistic Support.
How does it work?
1. FREE CONSULTATION: Firstly, we’ll meet at our design studio in Leicester or your chosen wedding venue to chat through ideas, colour schemes and what you are looking for in terms of styling and design.
2. DESIGN GENERATION: Secondly, our team head off to the office with your list of requirements and create a bespoke Styling Plan for you - which can take 1-2 weeks. Once we’re finished, we’ll email it over to you for your approval and you are free to make as many changes to it as you need to.
3. STYLING CREATION: Once the design has been approved and the booking is secure with a 25% deposit, we will gather together your selection of props and will get ready to install it all at your venue in accordance with our agreed plans.
4. ONE MONTH BEFORE: The final balance is due approximately 1 month before the wedding, however you are free to pay this whenever you would like to up until this date. It is at this stage that we will organise delivery times directly with your venue and will most certainly liaise with your other suppliers wherever needed. You can relax in the run up to the wedding knowing that The Rustic Wedding Company will have all areas covered and you will be free to focus on getting yourself ready for the biggest (and best) day of your life.
5. INSTALLATION: On the morning of the wedding or the day before if agreed with your venue, we will arrive bright and early to set up the bespoke styling. We'll stay for as long as we're needed to, to make sure that everything looks and stays looking perfect throughout the day.
6. TAKE DOWN: After the wedding has taken place, we will then return to the venue to collect everything allowing you to start your life as a married couple without having to worry about a thing.
Other Styling Services
Partial Venue styling & Prop Hire
If the Full Artistic Support option is too much for you and your budget, we also offer you the option to have access to our partial venue styling package or DIY prop hire services. This is designed specifically for those couples who only require a small selection of hired props from us and may or may not need a helping hand to set them up. You will probably already have your day designed and just require a little bit of assistance on the day to get things looking how you imagined due to time restrictions with your venue. Just tell us what you need and we'll either deliver it to your venue and set it up or we can arrange for you to collect it from us and do it yourself.
- Hire from our selection of fabulous props.
- Morning 'set up' by a dedicated stylist as required.
- Day after 'take down' as required.
Prices: £50 per hour for on site styling + delivery charges + hire price of required props
Minimum spend of £500 for delivery within a 50 mile radius and £1000 for venues further away.

Styling Plan Creation
If you don't quite need our team to style your venue for you but still want a designer feel to your day; we can create an 8-10 page bespoke Styling Plan booklet for you to share with your preferred suppliers to help them to get on board with your 'vision'.
Being completely unique to you, the in-depth Styling plan covers; table décor & design, floristry options & ideas, colour palettes & textures and everything else that you will need to bring your day to life.
You'll get a professionally printed booklet along with digital copies to share with suppliers.
Design Fee: £150
